"China in the Middle East" is the first in a series of three foreign policy lectures at Temple Shalom in Middletown. The lecture will be held on Sunday, March 8 at 3 p.m., and features Dr. Isaac Kardon, an assistant professor at the Naval War College's China Maritime Studies Institute, in Newport.
