Attending the recent State House candle-lighting event, which has taken place at Hanukkah for the last 30 years, are Gov. Gina Raimondo, and her family with Rabbi Yehoshua Laufer, director of Chabad Rhode Island, elected officials and members of the community. The program consisted of prayers for peace in Israel and the whole world,
