WEST ORANGE, N.J. – Frances Perlow died Sept. 30 at Daughter of Israel Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Perlow. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Sarah (Nachimovitz) Sweet, she had lived in West Orange, N.J. for nine years, previously living in Providence. Mother of Barbara Ross and her husband, Allen, of White Plains, N.Y. Sister of Helene Izen of Massachusetts. Grandmother of Patti and Brian. Great-grandmother of Samantha, Chloe, Mackenzie, Ruby and Grayson.
