RIVERSIDE, R.I. – Lawrence Charles Bertman died March 24. He was the husband of the late Ruth (Kaplan) Bertman. He was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the son of the late Morris and Ida (Miller) Bertman.
He is survived by his children Eliot Bertman (Maureen) and Joan Levitt (Steven); grandchildren Michelle, Dr. Jonathan, Jackie, Daniel, and Katy; and great-grandchildren Michael, Joshua, and Israella. He was the brother of the late Shirley Howitt.
