Ingredients:
5 medium bananas, mashed
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup flour
1⁄4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Mash bananas with sugar and spices
2. Heat oil and then spoon batter into pan
3. Fry fritters until crisp and brown
4. Remove from pan and place on paper towel
5. Sprinkle with white sugar and enjoy!
