Homecoming Queen

KINGSTON – Sabrina Brotons hails from The Bronx, N.Y.; she is a senior at URI studying public relations and political science. She’s been involved in URI Hillel since freshman year and is now Co-President with Lily Nieto. Sabrina has helped plan numerous educational activities that focus on Jewish identity and culture, including last year’s Holocaust Remembrance Week.
Asked about being named URI Homecoming Queen this year, she said, “Coming to URI from a small Jewish day school with a graduating class of 50 students, I never thought Homecoming Courts existed.”
While honored to be named Queen, Sabrina added, “I’m even happier to represent URI Hillel and the Jewish community.”
